Biographical Sketch: Holli Martinez is a Nurse Practitioner on the University of Utah Palliative Care Service. She was recently selected to serve on the Exam Development Committee for advanced practice nurses with the National Board of Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurses (NBCHPN). She is an adjunct faculty member in the College of Nursing at the University of Utah and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by American Nurses Credentialing Center and Advance Practice Hospice and Palliative Nurse by NBCHPN. Holli has 14 years of nursing experience. For the past 10 years, her focus has been the care of patients and families during life-threatening and terminal illness.
