Biographical Sketch: Lin attained her BSN, MSN and PhD in Nursing and has worked in public health, pediatrics and med-surg. Lin worked with people in the community with late stage Alzheimer's Disease for almost 20 years and then studied quality improvement at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. She has run national qualtiy improvement educational sessions as the Qualtiy Specialist at National Hospice and Palliative Care Organizaion. In 2009 Lin came to Gilchrist Hospice Care as Director of Quality including Joint Commission, regualtory and safety issues. Lin provides education and coahing for the staff for coninuous quality improvement improvement using Lean priciples and practices.
