Biographical Sketch: Suzanne recieved her BSN from University of Pennsylvania in 1985, and her CHPN in 2007. She has over 20 years experience in public health and hospice. She is currently working as a Case Manager for Southern Tier Hospice and Palliative care, and is the Clinical Lead for the Lifebeat and Breath programs. Since codeveloping these programs, Ms. Scheib and her colleague have presented at HPCANYS and NHPCO, and have been instrumental in guiding fellow hospice agencies in developing their own diagnosis specific programs.
