Biographical Sketch: Larry Bridgesmith J.D., is the founding Executive Director of the Institute for Conflict Management at Lipscomb University and the President of Creative Collaborations LLC. He is also of counsel to Miller&Martin, a large general business practice law firm with offices in Nashville, Chattanooga and Atlanta. Previously, he was the managing member of the Nashville office of Constangy, Brooks and Smith for 14 years. A litigator, mediator, and consultant, Bridgesmith has provided substantial leadership to business and not-for-profit organizations during critical times of conflict. Creative Collaborations grew out of his vision of greater service to organizations facing difficult moments. He has been named a fellow of the Nashville Bar and Tennessee Bar Foundations. He is regularly featured in America’s Best Lawyers, Leading Lawyers for Business in the US, SuperLawyers in the MidSouth, and SuperLawyers for Business and Corporations. He has been recognized by LawDragons as one of the top 3000 lawyers in the nation and has a honorary induction into membership in the International Association of Mediators.
