Biographical Sketch: Sherri Weisenfluh has been with Hospice of the Bluegrass for 19 years, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kentucky and has over 25 years of clinical experience. Sherri serves as the National Council of Hospice and Palliative Professional Social Work Section Leader, a position she has held for the past 5 years. Sherri has spoken at state, national and international conferences and has received several state and national awards.
