Biographical Sketch: Margaret is a board certified Familly Medicine Fellow and also is board certified in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine. For the last 3 years, Margaret has been a team physician with Sharp HospiceCare and is responsible for the physician role for all IDT's within this very large hospice. In addition to her team physician responsibilities, Margaret actively participates in community education and outreach regarding advance care planning and proactive healthcare decision making. Over the last several years, she has spoken to more than 500 people about the need for advance care planning.
