Biographical Sketch: Erin Baker-McCuan MSW is currently the Director of Social Services for Haven Home Health & Hospice which serves approximately 400 patients daily. She is an experienced hospice social worker and currently supervises a team of MSWs and interns. Erin has frequently given presentations and lectures on the roles and responsibilities of hospice social workers, social work ethics in end-of-life care, and therapeutic approaches to working with grieving patients and families. Erin has also developed and facilitated bereavement groups and provided trainings on ethical health care practices.
