Biographical Sketch: Khue Nguyen, PharmD, is the Director of Project Management at Sutter VNA and Hospice, overseeing strategic projects and strategic plans. She has led the development and implementation of the AIM program. She joined the AIM development and leadership team in 2009. Khue Nguyen graduated from UCSF School of Pharmacy with emphasis on health policy and management in 2003. She became an assistant clinical pharmacy professor for UCSF, providing pharmacy consultative services for the Palo Alto Medical Foundation from 2005-2007. At the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, she developed a geriatric medication management consultative service called PharmCare. She joined the Sutter Health Clinical Integration Team from 2007-2009, providing pharmacy services and leadership to several medical foundations and the health system overall.
