Biographical Sketch: Roseanne Berry, MS, RN has over 25 years healthcare experience in operational, clinical, and regulatory compliance leadership roles, dedicating the past 17 years to improving access and advancing care at end of life. As co-founder of a hospice company, Roseanne served in many capacities from the initial start-up through its growth into a large national provider. Serving as the Chief Compliance Officer, Roseanne was continually tasked with the challenges of managing the complex changes to hospice compliance at both a corporate and program level.
Roseanne has been a long time member of the NHPCO Regulatory Committee. As a recognized hospice leader, she is a frequent speaker at national and state conferences. With a wealth of hands-on experience, Roseanne is a founding partner in R&C Healthcare Solutions, a hospice consulting company focusing on regulatory compliance, operational efficiencies and quality assessment and performance improvement. Additionally, she is a founding partner in Hospice Fundamentals, a company providing regulatory monitoring, analysis and education for hospices wishing to develop agency-wide compliance and enhanced quality of care.
