Biographical Sketch: Jeanne Wun has over 20 years of sales and marketing, channel, brand and product management, and public relations experience with high technology companies in Silicon Valley; including media relations and community relations experience with a nonprofit hospice and community grief and counseling center in Santa Clara County CA. From September 2009 to August 2010, Jeanne wrote a monthly column for the Salinas Californian, a newspaper serving the communities of Monterey County CA. Her mindful column topics ranged from family caregiving to the importance of advance health care planning to making your healthcare wishes known to honoring a father’s legacy to celebrating and honoring the past to what is a Physicians Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POLST) to living well and making the most of your life. Jeanne has tailored presentations to address these timely subjects, as well. Jeanne holds a BA degree in Sociology from San Jose State University. Currently, Jeanne is the community relations manager for Hospice of the Valley in San Jose CA. Jeanne has been involved with the Chinese American Coalition for Compassionate Care since its inception in 2005; a Board Member since 2008, and has served as its Chair of the Board of Directors since 2009 to present.
