Biographical Sketch: Jennifer Ballentine, MA, is Executive Director of Life Quality Institute and President of The Iris Project, an end-of-life consulting and education initiative. Formerly, she was Director of Programs for the Colorado Center for Hospice & Palliative Care and has participated in many collaborative projects with state and national organizations around end-of-life decision making, advance care planning, and healthcare ethics. She is a member of the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization Education Committee, the Denver Community Bioethics Committee, and board member for the Colorado Healthcare Ethics Forum. Jennifer holds a BA from Oberlin College and an MA in end-of-life studies from Regis University.
