Biographical Sketch: David Cowall is the Medical Director of Coastal Hospice, Inc. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology. Prior to working for Coastal Hospice, he served in the United States Navy and has been in a private oncology practice. He has previously held academic appointments at both the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore; he is the author of several scientific publications. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
