Biographical Sketch: John Tastad is a Spiritual Care Counselor currently serving as the Program Coordinator for the Transitions – Advance Care Planning Program at Sharp HospiceCare. John’s academic training includes undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon and Northwest Christian College, and graduate studies at Fuller Theological Seminary and the University of San Diego. John teaches Bioethics for new employee and volunteer training at Sharp HospiceCare, and serves on the Bioethics Committee at Sharp Grossmont Hospital.
