Biographical Sketch: I am a board certified family practitioner and Clinical Associate Director of Palliative Medicine at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, Illinois. I trained in Family Medicine at Cook County Hospital and also became board certified in Palliative Medicine at Stroger. I am currently Associate Director of Palliative Medicine with duties of supervising Medical students, Residents and Fellows. I make home visits and have outpatient clinics for follow-up care.
