Hospice care professionals, by the very nature of their work, face life and death issues during each work day.   Significant work experiences can trigger reactions and emotions that are difficult to process or share in a verbal, coherent, or even professional manner.  Borrowing from the practice of different Expressive Arts therapies, there is an opportunity to further the development of insight and professional/personal growth through incorporating the unique tool of Response Art.  Participants will engage in a dynamic, interactive and introspective exercise and also glean practical information to support the benefits of listening to our inner dialogues about our work experiences.  Join this session for the challenge of engaging your creativity to promote healthier and more mindful care of ourselves, and therefore of our patients and their families.  Absolutely no art experience required.
