How does a hospice move from day to day activities to using a systems approach to improving quality and compliance and in an efficient and effective manner?  Now that CMS required reporting of quality measures is here, it will soon be followed by public reporting of outcomes.  Also, mandatory compliance programs are required under the Affordable Care Act as a condition of enrollment (implementation timeframe still to be determined.)  This session will address the connection of quality and compliance and how to use a systems approach in your hospice.  Learn from case studies how a collaborative framework will help your hospice find the bar and raise it to improve patient care and compliance
