This two-day Preconference Seminar will prepare you to care for infants and children facing life-threatening conditions and their families. Taught by expert interdisciplinary pediatric hospice and palliative care faculty, the PHPCT is designed for hospice and palliative care clinical staff – bereavement professionals, counselors, nurses, physicians, social workers, spiritual care professionals and related disciplines – who are seeking intensive preparation to expand access to care.
