Biographical Sketch: Annie Estvold, LCSW
Annie Estvold is the Executive Director of the Caldwell, ID Branch of Heart ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂn Home Hospice & Palliative Care, LLC. HeartÃÂn Home focuses on affirming the lives of patients and families, and aims to be a model for excellence in end of life care.
Annie has a Masters Degree in Social Work and earned her Clinical License in 2013. Annie joined HeartÃÂn Home in 2013 as a member of the Medical Social Services Team. Annie was recently promoted to her role as Executive Director, and is responsible for the overall clinical and operational management of the Caldwell office. For the past 10 years, Annie has practiced with specialized populations, focusing on advocacy, education, and communication. Annie is passionate about continued learning in the field of hospice. She aims to increase othersÃÂ understanding of the holistic approach unique to hospice, and ways to expand knowledge through innovative research topics and presentations to professionals.
