Regulatory activity for hospice is at an all-time high, with new regulatory requirements that a hospice must follow in order to stay compliant. This session will feature "late breaking news" on regulatory issues, information on discussions with CMS, details on how a hospice should comply, and information on what is being considered for the future. This is a "not to be missed" session on regulatory issues.

1. Discuss the changes implemented in the FY2015 wage index rule, including the NOE submission, the change in attending physician requirements and the cap self-report
2. List three changes that have been implemented in the FY2017 proposed and final rule
3. Discuss changes that the hospice should make to be in compliance with CMS and other federal regulations
