The flipped classroom is a concept that is gaining wide acceptance in higher education, colleges and universities around the world. In the ever changing world of hospice and palliative care, there is a need to provide opportunities for professional healthcare education that engages participants in critical thinking, applying concepts to real life situations. Increasingly, learners are experienced in utilizing a wide variety of technology. The flipped classroom offers flexibility and technology desired by many healthcare professionals. Implementation at one large healthcare organization will be presented.  Participants will be invited to discuss and plan possible implementations with their own organizations as well as methods for evaluating outcomes.

3. Recommend methods for evaluation of outcomes following implementation of the flipped classroom
