Biographical Sketch: Dr. Richard Allen is board certified in hospice and in family medicine, and serves as the medical director for two hospice agencies and one skilled nursing facility. He is the residency program director for St. Mark's Family Medicine. He received his education at the Unviversity of Utah, Southern Illinois University, and the Harvard School of Public Health.
