Biographical Sketch: Rose Van Der Berg is a member of Hospice of the Comforter's organizational Leadership Team and has extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of change management and leaderhsip development. She has 20 years experience as an international, national and state consultant and conference presenter in a wide range of professional development venues. She has received numerous awards for her work from organizations that include the Governor Lawton Childs Foundation, the Stat of Florida, The St. Lucia Police Force and the Government of Antigua.
Rose completed a five year change management training program through the Center for Community Change in Washington DC and is a certified trainer for the National Coalition Building Institute. She has completed one year of a Masters in Social Work and is completing a national designation as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance through the American Association of Training and Development.
