Biographical Sketch: Once a high-ranking executive for a Fortune 500 company, Stuart Friedman was instrumental in building a $750 million division, and did so by improving employee retention by over 20%. Since then Stuart has been an international speaker, consultant, executive coach, and author, helping organizations achieve strategic outcomes and CEOs/owners achieve their heart-felt desires. Stuart learned that getting to the next level cannot be achieved alone. His message is clear: only through communication effectiveness can people begin to collaborate and work in-cooperation to become high-performing teams achieving flawless execution. His success shows in his clients’ increased profitability and top ranked organizations in their respective cities.
Stuart is a top-rated speaker in “Vistage”, The World’s Largest CEO Organization. He speaks to hundreds of CEOs/Owners annually spreading his message that cultures are determined and changed by the guidance of the people at the “top.” In addition he coaches executives to communicate effectively in order to get their employees more excited about the leader’s goals than the leaders are. Stuart’s experience began with an 11-year career with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). He has a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, and a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry.
