Biographical Sketch: Susan J. Loeb, PhD, RN is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing; and the Department of Medicine, Penn State College of Medicine at The Pennsylvania State University. She is currently a PI on her second NIH funded research study, the title of which is "Infusing End-of-Life Care into Complex Organizations: The Prison Study" and is a Co-I on another NIH funded study entitled, "Exploring the Formal/Informal Caregiver Interface across 3 Death Trajectories." Dr. Loeb has over 25 articles published in peer-reviewed journals. She has completed the End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC)core training program.
