Biographical Sketch: Timothy Richard serves as Board President at Hospice of the Red River Valley. In addition, Tim practices law at Serkland Law Office in Fargo, ND. His area of practice includes: Estate Planning, Business and Commercial Law and Probate and Real Estate. He was a member of the Board of Editors for the North Dakota Law Review and received a Best Oralist Award at the Pace University Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. Tim is also currently on the board of the Red River Valley Estate Planning Council.
