Biographical Sketch: Jane O'Reilly, MS, RN, BSN is the HospiceHealth 24 Manager at LifePath Hospice, Inc., a subsidiary of HPC HealthCare, Inc. In this role since 2006, Jane is responsible for the management of Phone Screeners, Phone RN’s, Field RN’s, Field LPN’s, Field Hospice Aides (HA), and Field Social Workers. Daily supervision of 40 assigned staff, with responsibility for schedules, timesheets, performance reviews, coaching, discipline, position control, and performance improvement processes. Complete monthly statistical reports, and have direct oversight and accountability for the department’s budget. Prior to her current role, Jane was the Admissions Manager at LifePath Hospice. In this role, she was responsible for he management of Intake Facilitators, Palliative Care Liaisons, Admission Nurses and Admission Pool RN staff. Daily supervision of 23 assigned staff with responsibility for schedules, timesheets, performance reviews, coaching, discipline, position control, and performance improvement processes. Accountable for admitting average of 460 patients per month while maintaining an average conversion rate of 86%. Jane has been with LifePath Hospice since 2001.
Prior to joining LifePath Hospice, Jane worked for Hospice of Pasco, Inc. where she held the positions of Director of Nursing Services and Patient Family Care Coordinator.
