Biographical Sketch: Tracy Hines started her hospice career in Phoenix, AZ as a volunteer with Hospice of the Valley in 1998. When Tracy left in 2003, she was working as Executive Assistant to the Medical Directors, as well as the Business Analyst for the Clinical Operations Team. Over the years, her passion for quality end-of-life care has increased and Tracy continued her hospice careet at The Denver Hospice as the Clinical Quality Specialist in the Performance Improvement Department.
