Biographical Sketch: Susan Lasker Hertz RN MSN CHPN is currently the Director of Home-Based Hospice Services for The Denver Hospice. She has been a hospice clinical leader for seven years in Denver, Colorado. Prior to that Ms. Lasker Hertz has been an oncology clinical specialist and administrator for over 20 years. She has practiced clinically, in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Houston, Texas prior to her relocation to Denver Colorado. Through her work as an educator, clinical expert, and administrator she has been a national and local speaker, clinical faculty member, and author on oncology patient and staff issues and other management and leadership concepts. Ms. Lasker Hertz graduated with a BSN from Georgetown University and received her Masters Degree in Nursing from University of Pennsylvania.
