Biographical Sketch: Michael Q. Graham MD is the current medical director for Indiana University Health Enhanced Care and Hospice. He has supervisory responsibilities for the hospice site associate medical directors. He is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at Indiana University since 1993. He has been the Associate Director for the Family Practice Residency Program and the Assistant Director of Geriatrics and Resident recruitment for Family Practice.
