Biographical Sketch: I have served as founding CEO for Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado for the past 18 years. I began my hospice career in Durango, Co in 1979 as a hospice nurse and hospice founding CEO. I have a master's degree in Community Health Nursing and have held leadership positions in the field of Quality, Hospice, Home Care and Hospital Administration. I have served 9 years on the NHPCO Board of Directors and served as Chair, Vice Chair and founding member of the National Hospice Work Group.
