Biographical Sketch: I am currently the Director of Clinical Services at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, the largest independent not-for-profit hospice in the area. She is a certified hospice and palliative care nurse and also holds a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology. Research interests include job satisfaction, work stress, and performance measurement. I also am a member of NHPCO's Ethics Committee.
