Biographical Sketch: Jade Gong, MBA RN is Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Health Dimensions Group. Ms. Gong assists health systems and other long term care providers to develop strategic plans and business plans for integrated programs, including PACE. Ms. Gong is also responsible for pursuing strategic relationships for the Health Dimensions Groups management and consulting divisions. Most recently, Ms. Gong was Vice President for Public Policy at the National PACE Association, where she lead association efforts in the areas of Medicaid payment issues, health information technology, development of the VA PACE program and rural PACE development. Ms. Gong has an MBA from the Yale University School of Management and a BSN from New York University. Ms. Gong teaches strategic planning in the health care management program of Marymount's Graduate School of Business Administration in Arlington, Virginia. Ms. Gong has also served on the board of Capital Hospice in Fairfax, Virginia.
