Biographical Sketch: Dexter is the President of The Braff Group, a leading investment banking firm specializing in the home health care, hospice, infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, health care staffing, and home medical equipment market sectors. The firm provides an array of transactional advisory services including sell side representation, debt and equity recapitalizations, strategic planning, and valuation. Since being founded in 1998, The Braff Group has completed more than 150 transactions.

Dexter has written feature articles that have appeared in HomeCare magazine, Caring Magazine, Remington Report, Specialty Pharmacy News, HME News and has completed a chapter in the Handbook of Business Valuation published by John Wiley & Sons.
Additionally, he has presented seminars, moderated discussion panels and has been the keynote speaker on various issues regarding home care mergers and acquisitions and finance at major industry conferences including the National Association for Home Care, Homecare 100, Art of the Deal, the Remington Think Tank, Medtrade, the National Private Duty Association, and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
Dexter holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and received the Vincent W. Lanfear Award for academic achievement.
