Biographical Sketch: In a short 30 year career, Clair Pasqualoni has worked in various nursing careers and always found a way to focus on patient advocacy. From clinical pediatric nursing to directing a case management department for a health care organization, using the educator’s role, Clair has worked to empower her patients and families to become better informed health care consumers. During the past eight years, Clair has been the Director of Provider Outreach for Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter, motivating a 5 county team to reach out to physicians and practitioners with information to assist them bridge the gap between hospice eligible patients with individual patient readiness so that patients are receiving the end of life care they choose.
