Biographical Sketch: Rachel is a partner at Arent Fox in the healthcare practice. Rachel represents non-profit and for profit institutional healthcare providers, primarily hospices, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities, as well as DME suppliers, physicians and physician groups in health care regulatory, transactional and litigation matters.
The representations include matters pertaining to federal and state audits and investigations, fraud and abuse, anti-kickback, self-referral, corporate practice of medicine, certificate of need, licensure, facility and medical professional licensing matters, Medicare and Medicaid survey and reimbursement issues, contract disputes, corporate compliance, and healthcare privacy.
Rachel is a nationally certified physician assistant licensed to practice in the State of New York.
Prior to joining Arent Fox, Rachel worked as a physician assistant in both hospital and outpatient settings.
