Biographical Sketch: Denise Mariotti has served six years in a dual leadership role at Penn Medicine. She serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Penn Home Care and Hospice Services as well as holding a seat on the HR Leadership team. Proven successes in multiple human resources disciplines. Extensive background in leadership and staff development, planning and delivery of training programs, project management, and change management. Expertise in employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, customer satisfaction, organization design, systems thinking and team building. Proven results for strengthening leadership practice within Home Health and Hospice and across disciplines within Penn Medicine. Previous Performance Consultant within Penn. Hold several certifications and have many years of experience in training and development both at the local and national level.
