Biographical Sketch: A graduate of Northern Arizona University and a Registerd Nurse for the past 15 years, Carol is currently the Vice President of Hospice Operations for Hospice INSPIRIS in Phoenix, Arizona. She has been involved in the hospice industry since 1997, first as an Admissions Coordinator and then as an Executive Director for the past 7 years. Her prior experience was in the field of case management, maternal-child health and a 15 year career in the financial sector.
Carol's current responsibilities include the overall leadership, growth, and financial stability of a moderate sized hospice program that is owned by INSPIRIS, a solutions-driven care and care management company focused on improving the quality of life for the medically complex, chronically ill, frail and elderly. She is also the current President of the Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
