Biographical Sketch: With over eighteen years of healthcare experience with a focus in critical care and hospice leadership, Brandi has been instrumental in helping hospitals and hospices improve patient and family perception of service, reduce staff turnover, and improve employee satisfaction and retention. Brandi has experience coaching individual hospitals and hospices of all sizes, as well as long term care organizations. She has strong coaching skills in many types of organizations and at all levels within an organization.
Brandi received her MBA and MSN at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. She received her BS in Nursing at Auburn University. Brandi is a member of NHPCO. Her educational background, combined with her work experience has helped Brandi to achieve significant results with her partners. Some of these accomplishments include creating a culture of partnership and shared purpose with operations and sales, increasing profitability through revenue growth and expense reduction, founding a Clinical Practice Council of select nurses to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes and assisting in the development of Standards of Behavior and rollout of program. Brandi has also improved the quality of new employee orientation through design and implementation of a preceptor development program and developed and implemented leadership development program. Brandi’s passion for leadership and excellent care are evident in the results she has achieved.
