Biographical Sketch: As Marketing Project Manager for Hospice of Michigan, Tricia consolidates project data into summative evaluation and narration; and prepares legislative testimony, legislative briefs and other policy-related materials.
A member of both the Health Care Association of Michigan Legal/Regulatory Committee and the Aging Services of Michigan Public Policy Task Force, Tricia reviews legal issues of importance to the associations’ membership in concert with legal counsel. In addition, these standing committees monitor regulatory rules, policies, and practices that impact Michigan’s long term care providers. Selected for NHPCO’s May, 2010 Advocate Spotlight, Tricia is an active member of Michigan Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s Legislative Committee, monitoring state and federal regulations and standards related to the hospice industry, and developing strategies for input into the legislative and regulatory process.
