Biographical Sketch: Polly Rehnwall is a senior manager with the Marketing, Sales & Customer Service Division of Simione Consultants, one of the largest hospice and home health firms in the country. She has presented many highly rated programs at NHPCO, including pre-conference workshops, concurrent sessions, and a keynote presentation at the 2000 MLC. She has also presented to over 18 hospice state organizations, including 10 as the opening keynote presenter. Polly has worked with over 100 hospice and palliative care clients across the U.S. and specializes in referral and admission management and customer service. She is the co-author of the two volume “Legendary Results: Managing Hospice Referrals and Admissions”, the definitive guidebooks on hospice referral and admission management.
