Biographical Sketch: A seasoned hospice executive, Pam Barrett now serves as principal consultant with P Barrett & Associates, LLC. Her passion is promoting excellence by offering sustainability planning, organizational assessments and services designed to enhance employee accountability and satisfaction, customer care, quality and compliance. Using the practical wisdom of nearly three decades of leadership, she is also an educator, motivational speaker and workshop facilitator.
Pam served as President and CEO of Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro (NC) for twenty-two years and as EVP for Organizational Excellence with Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region.
