Biographical Sketch:
As vice president of strategic initiatives for Health Dimensions Group, Jade Gong assists health systems and other long-term care providers to develop strategic plans and business plans for innovative home and community based programs and managed long term care programs serving seniors. She leads the home- and community-based service line and serves as the client interface and national thought leader regarding innovations in HCBS service delivery. Prior to serving in this role, Ms. Gong was vice president for public policy at the National PACE Association, where she lead association efforts in the areas of Medicaid payment issues, health information technology, development of the Veterans Administration PACE program, and rural PACE development. Ms. Gong was the senior director of reimbursement and finance at the American Health Care Association and a senior manager at the Lewin Group, a nationally recognized policy and strategy consulting firm. Ms. Gong has an MBA from the Yale University School of Management and a BSN from New York University. She is a frequent speaker at national meetings on topics of health care reform, Medicare and Medicaid financing of post-acute and long-term care financing, and PACE. She teaches strategic planning in the health care management program of Marymount’s Graduate School of Business Administration in Arlington, Virginia.
