Biographical Sketch: Stephen Taylor has his PhD in Counseling from Newburgh Theological Seminary. He received his Master Degree in Youth and Family Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary. He also earned a Master Degree in Education from the Univerity of Virginia. Stephen has served four years as a teacher and school administrator as well as 10 years in pastoral ministry. Stephen has served in missions work in 11 different countries around the world. He is currently the Spiritual Care Coordinator of Hospice of Washington County Inc., where he supervises 8 full time chaplains and chairs the Coast Hospice Adoption Committee. Stephen currently chairs the East African Partnership Committee for FHSSA and serves as a FHSSA Ambassador.
