Biographical Sketch: Rebecca Anhang Price, PhD, is a Policy Researcher and Associate Director of the Health Services Delivery Systems research program in RAND Health. Her research focuses on understanding factors influencing health care quality, and developing and deploying measures for monitoring quality, with emphasis on patients’ experiences of care. She is currently leading the development and field testing of a hospice experience of care survey for CMS, and plays a lead role on a project to develop and field test CAHPS instruments for assessment of the quality of care provided by Accountable Care Organizations and physician groups under Medicare programs.
