What role does compliance play in your hospice?  Is compliance treated as “someone else’s job” or is it in integral part of the everyday culture?   In today’s environment it’s more important than ever to have an effective compliance program and, in one near future,  it will be required of every Medicare provider.  This session will address the OIG’s seven program elements and provide participants with a useful framework to guide in the establishment and testing of a true compliance framework.
