How does your hospice governing body measure up?  What is the best approach for measuring  board performance?  Hospice programs look at quality assessment and performance improvement in many areas but governing bodies are often not included. This session will help you determine if your hospice board is meeting its responsibilities and goals and identify strategies for implementing an ongoing board assessment process.
