Biographical Sketch: Don joined Gilchrist Hospice Care in December of 2007 as a home-care chaplain where he served home-care and facility teams before becoming the Clinical Specialist for Spiritual Care. Don completed his Clinical Pastoral Education at York Hospital and was granted status as a Board Certified Chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains in August of 2009. In the role of Spiritual Care Clinical Specialist Don functions as an organizational resource ensuring evidence-based practice that facilitates optimal patient care throughout the agencyÃÂÃÂs facility, homecare, and inpatient service lines.
