Biographical Sketch: Lin attained her BSN, MSN and PhD in Nursing worked in public health, pediatrics and med-surg before her first career-working with people in the community with late stage Alzheimer's Disease for almost 20 years. She attained "Improvement Advisor" status with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in 2007 and orchestrated national quality improvement collaboratives and educational sessions as the Quality Specialist at the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. In 2009 Lin came to Gilchrist Hospice Care as Director of Quality and Patient Safety. Lin provides education and coaching to staff for continuous quality improvement using Lean and IHI principles and practices.
