Biographical Sketch: Chuck Lee is President & CEO of Cornerstone Hospice, which serves more than 800 patients per day in seven central Florida counties, including the greater Orlando area. Prior to Cornerstone, Chuck served as Chief Operating Officer at Hospice of Chattanooga (TN), and as Sr. Vice President of Operations at Covenant Hospice, based in Pensacola, FL. He has 25 years of executive leadership experience, including 14 years with hospice programs.
Chuck's tenure with hospices has been marked by operational innovations, new program development, and expansion of traditional hospice services. He has presented numerous times to NHPCO, state hospice organizations, and individual hospices across the country on topics of leadership development, program expansion, and disaster preparedness.
