Biographical Sketch: Rebecca Trout is the Manager of Access Partnerships for the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) where she is responsible for NHPCO’s national and international partner programs. Rebecca manages the Access team’s partner programs by facilitating recruitment, operational support, engagement and retention. Rebecca also manages NHPCO’s contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs by developing project management plans and ensuring fulfillment of contract deliverables. In addition to these responsibilities, Rebecca manages the web content of the We Honor Veterans and Global Partners in Care websites and provides support to NHPCO’s pediatric and consumer projects.
